Welcome to the start of your Coaching Concierge journey.

Below is the first piece of work that I would like you to complete for me. Over the years I’ve gone through this process many times and continue to do so.

The information below marks the beginning of the process of shaping your business and your future. Be honest with yourself, and really try to think towards the future. It’s likely that you will be locked into the now, but I want you to start thinking about the future and what you want to get out of this process.

What are your brand values? For example, what do you want people to say about you/your company? What does your company stand for? (list any keywords associated with your brand)

Who's your ideal customer (explain problems they face, demographics, goals)?

What is your core service/offer? (i.e. online coaching, transformation programme, prep coach etc)

Tell me what your clients receive on your core service?

What makes your service/offer detailed above different? (why do you think they should choose you over your competitors)

Do you have any lead generation strategies in place? (If so please detail what they are and how they have been performing)

Which areas of marketing have you been struggling with?

Which social media platforms do you use? (please include handles)

Do you have a website? If so what’s the URL and which CMS is it on (i.e. Squarespace, Wix, Wordpress)

Do you do email marketing? If so, how many email subscribers do you currently have and which email marketing tool do you use (i.e. Mail Chimp, Campaign Monitor, Active Campaign)

Do you make an income from marketing (if so which platforms)?

If yes, which one has produced the most return for you? (social media, email marketing, website etc.)

Do you track any results from your marketing?

Which areas of social media do you feel less skilled in?

Do you have accounting systems in place for your business (such as profit and loss accounts, forecasts, quarterly accounts)?

Do you have a vision of where you’d like your business to be financially in the next 6 months, 1 and 2 years?

What’s your average monthly/yearly revenue?

What are the main income streams for your business?

What opportunities do you currently see for additional income streams?

How do you currently take payments from your clients (invoice, cash etc)?

Do you own your own facility/gym/business at this time?

Do you currently have a team?

If so, how many staff / trainers do you have working for you?

Are your team employed or freelance?

What systems do you currently have in place to manage your clients/staff?

What systems do you have in place to educate your team/staff?

Do you have any customer service systems in place for your business?

What would you like to achieve in the next 6 months?

What would you like to achieve in the next 12 months?

What would you like to achieve in the next 3 years?

Finally, and these are two very important questions. I want you to start thinking about your ultimate life. This might be something that you have never done before, and it’s very often an area that can provide the biggest breakthrough. Please take some time to think about the answers that you provide.

If you don’t know your ultimate vision, you have nothing to work back from, or even to work towards. By doing this exercise, you will be able to highlight some of the biggest motivators in your life. These are the things that make you spring out of bed every day.

Very few people have clarity, and a big part of your Coaching Concierge journey is ensuring that you have crystal clear vision every step of the way. Without it, we are simply doing daily tasks without purpose. Watch how your journey unfolds when you’re taking action that also has meaning.
